Hard to tell if they mean good, but lack the means. Or if they’re just plain mean.

What difference does it make if he dumped your sister? Or your sister thumped him? If he took your job or you took his? What if he killed a kid? Or talks about the weather with a cut-and-paste grin?

Maybe they’ve got an answer. They’ve certainly got a problem. So ask your self the question:

What happens after your heart explodes?

You gonna clean it up? Put it in a bin?

Forget about it.
